About Us: – We are a company established in Pune in year 2019, our Company E-LION AGRODEALS TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD is a registered firm as per Indian companies act. Our main business is E-commerce and all the services related to E-commerce.
We are seeking Manufacturers, Wholesalers, Resellers, Suppliers of high-quality products which will include all types industrial and consumer products.
This E-Commerce portal will be a specialized portal for selling all types of industrial and consumer goods online. We will need the product images and its specifications like its description and weight ir volumetric details which you will showcase on our website.
Following are the terms and conditions for selling your products on our E-commerce portal: –
- Company or supplier / manufacturer details name, phone numbers (landlines and mobile phones) , E-mail address , location and address details with PIN code.
- High quality product image sizes should be provided by the seller in JPG or JPEG format. Recommended images dimensions are (Width 295 px x Height 443 px) with 72 PPI.
- Cost price and selling price should be provided for administrative purposes.
- Sellers should provide a photo ID and an address proof.
- Bank Account details. Bank Account Number with IFSC code and branch.
- Type of business –>Manufacturer,Wholesaler,Reseller, Retailer.
- Number of Categories, products and number of items to be sold on the website.
- At present we are displaying following categories on the website.
- All types of industrial and consumer goods.
- Managing logistics will be our responsibility, we have tie up with major logistics providers.
- If you are associated with any other online sellers, prices of your products listed on our website should be same and as displayed with other online sellers for the similar products.
- Initially there will be no monthly or yearly subscription charges. A transaction charge of 5%will be charged to the sellers on each product sold on our website of the total selling price.
- Money for individual sellers will be transferred to their bank accounts via fund transfers after 7 working days except for weekends and public holidays.
- Any returns made by the customers will be compensated by the individual sellers. Replacement should be done in consultation with the customer for poor quality product.
- Customers can return the product purchased in 15 days or a full refund should be provided to the customer once we receive the returned product in the same quality as it was sold.
- For any product returns, the supplier will give a replacement of the product cost to the customer after interacting with the customer or a refund of the amount will be transferred by us to the customer’s account.
- If a new category or product line is to be sold on the website, it should be communicated by the sellers in advance about the same to us.
- We will communicate with the sellers using skype, phones or E-mails should be used.
- Individual sellers should update their catalogue and will be assisted by our executives initially.
- Ensure that your catalog displayed on the website is stocked appropriately. Also ensure that you keep checking the stock availability and products displayed on the website.
- Once the product is ordered by a customer a mail will be sent to the supplier. The supplier will keep in touch with the logistics provider or logistics provider will contact the supplier for the product to be delivered. Delivery of the product will be the responsibility of supplier or manufacturer and they should be in touch with the customer and logistics provider.
- We will co-ordinate with the customer and supplier for the delivery of the product.
- Product delivery dates will be communicated to you by the logistics provider.
- Any further changes in the above points will be communicated to you in due course of time.
